Resolution acknowledging Jane C. Johnson, employed with the Virginia Department of Education, for her pioneering role as the first African American student  to  integrate Richmond City Public Schools as mandated by the 1961 U.S. Desegregation Court Order, following the Brown v. Board of Education Supreme Court Decision in 1954.
